So you want to know how to burn fat fast.  Let's ask ourselves the million dollar question?  Is your current diet and exercise plan burning fat as quickly as you would like?  If you answered no, like most of us would, a few small changes to your lifestyle are in order to help you burn fat faster.
     

1.  Workout first thing in the morning.  Let me explain why.  If you workout first thing in the morning before eating any meals - you don't burn off carbs from the morning meal and your body looks to burn something else helping to burn fat faster.  In reality that something else your body will burn is body fat instead.   

2.  Workout for 30 minutes to an hour.  No need to worry this is not working out continuously, this takes into account warm-up and cool-down!  You need to start slowly to increase your heart rate gradually, and then lower it carefully.  Above all don't start and stop your workout as this could be dangerous.

3.  Intensify your workout with a medium.  Your body needs adequate oxygen while working out allowing the fat to burn faster.  There are a few intense workouts that takes the oxygen away we need to burn fat faster.  If you sprint or do any constant high impact workouts replace them with a few of these - Yoga that is high powered, a quick but steady pace on the elliptical machine and yes even DVDs that are saying "Blast The Fat Away".  

4.  Make sure you eat meals.  Don't bypass them.  When you skip a meal your depriving your body of the sufficient fuel it needs.  Put simply, when skipping meals you're actually storing fat rather than removing it.

5.  Cut down on carbs.  You don't need to cut out carbs completely.  The less carbs your body has to burn it will look for that something else to burn.  And that something else is your excess body fat you want to burn off fast and get rid of.
