4.  Exercise Daily Without Fail.  You don't need a workout routine that will cause more harm than good - stay away from strenuous workout routines!  You may want to try a few of these.  When parking your car in the office parking lot park it further away for a longer walk.  If your able try jogging.  At home try walking around the block and as time goes by increase the length of the walk.  You will find that by doing these non strenuous exercises you will burn calories allowing you to reach your desired result to lose weight.

5.  Always Be Persistent.  We never want to give up!  The results you want to see aren't an overnight thing.  To see any type of noticeable weight loss for each of us the time will vary.  You need to stick with you diet and exercise program.  Above all be persistent!
